These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the zk22 platform, including all gaming services, account management, payment transactions, promotions, and any other feature made available to registered players. Please read this document carefully before creating a zk22 account or placing any bets or wagers.
Before reading the full terms, these six principles summarise the most important obligations and protections governing your zk22 account.
Each player may register and maintain only one zk22 account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts registered on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension.
All zk22 services are available exclusively to individuals aged 21 years or older. Age verification is mandatory during registration. Accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited.
zk22 operates a Pakistani Rupee wallet. All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagers are denominated in PKR. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
Players must engage with zk22 in good faith. Any use of software exploits, automated betting scripts, collusion, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable playthrough conditions have been fully met.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zk22 login credentials. zk22 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.
Important Notice: By creating a zk22 account, accessing the zk22 platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use zk22's services.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and zk22 ("zk22", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered via the zk22 website and any associated mobile applications.
1.2 By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the zk22 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to comply with them.
1.3 These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the zk22 platform. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional terms, the more specific document shall take precedence in relation to that specific matter.
1.4 These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. zk22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use zk22. This is a strict requirement and is not subject to any exception. zk22 employs identity verification procedures to confirm player ages, and any account found to be held by an individual under 21 will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage player may be forfeited in accordance with applicable licensing obligations.
2.2 Jurisdiction. zk22 operates under an international gaming licence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using zk22 is lawful in your jurisdiction. zk22 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in all jurisdictions from which they may be accessed.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a zk22 account:
2.4 Verification. zk22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.
3.1 Single Account Rule. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the zk22 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. zk22 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held across them.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and must keep this information current throughout the life of your account. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.3 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. zk22 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurs because you have shared your credentials or failed to maintain adequate security practices.
3.4 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your zk22 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zk22 support immediately via the live chat function available in your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].
zk22 will never request your password through email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any message purporting to be from zk22 that asks for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zk22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zk22 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your zk22 account. These limits are subject to change and the current limits published in the Cashier at the time of your transaction shall apply.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by zk22 within the timeframe stated in the Cashier section. zk22 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the zk22 account holder.
4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not deposit funds obtained through fraudulent means, unauthorised use of another person's payment account, or any illegal activity. zk22 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. zk22 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals will be returned exclusively to a source account in the account holder's name.
4.6 Transaction Errors. If you believe a deposit or withdrawal has been processed incorrectly, you must notify zk22 support within 72 hours of the transaction date. zk22 will investigate the matter and, where an error is confirmed, take corrective action within a reasonable timeframe.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers published on the zk22 platform are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria stated in the applicable bonus terms. zk22 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be played through before the bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the bonus terms for each specific promotion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. zk22 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent; and any coordinated activity between multiple players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to bonus forfeiture, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential account closure.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. zk22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.
6.1 Placement of Bets. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the zk22 platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and any other parameters before confirming a wager.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on zk22. Current limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of placing a bet. zk22 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
6.3 Void Bets. zk22 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event that has been cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or affected by circumstances that render settlement impossible. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account.
6.4 Errors and Mispriced Odds. In the event of a technical error, data feed error, or obvious mispricing of odds, zk22 reserves the right to void affected bets. Where a bet has been settled using incorrect odds due to an error, zk22 may recalculate and re-settle the bet at the correct odds.
6.5 Live Betting. Live in-play bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets with the additional condition that zk22 may suspend betting on any market at any time during a live event at its sole discretion, including but not limited to during stoppages in play, video review decisions, or periods of network instability.
6.6 Cricket and PSL Markets. Specific rules governing cricket betting markets, including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20 fixtures, are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the zk22 platform. These rules form part of these Terms by reference.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk22 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited:
zk22 uses advanced fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with prohibited conduct are reviewed automatically and referred to the compliance team. zk22 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in cases involving financial crime.
8.1 zk22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for a minority of players and we take our obligation to provide tools and support seriously.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zk22 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.
9.3 The zk22 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary to zk22. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any right or licence to use any zk22 trademark, trade name, or logo without prior written approval.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.2 zk22 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.3 zk22's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your zk22 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
11.1 zk22 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the zk22 Privacy Policy.
11.2 You consent to zk22 processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services.

12.1 By zk22. zk22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where zk22 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 By the Player. You may request the closure of your zk22 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, your licence to use the zk22 platform is revoked. You must not attempt to re-register during any active self-exclusion period.
13.1 zk22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, zk22 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the platform and, where appropriate, notifying registered players by email.
13.2 Your continued use of the zk22 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
13.3 The version of these Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute, unless the parties agree otherwise.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under zk22's international gaming licence jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, you should first contact zk22's support team and provide full details of your complaint. zk22 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage.
14.3 Formal Complaints. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the informal process, you may escalate it through the formal complaints procedure outlined in the Help section of the zk22 platform. zk22 will provide a final decision in writing within 28 days of receiving a formal complaint.
14.4 Alternative Dispute Resolution. Where a formal complaint remains unresolved, players may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by zk22's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR body are available upon request from the support team.
